I have applied for a job with this company, went through all the first few (automated) interviews. When it comes to actually speaking with a person, they are no call/no show. Repeatedly. Three times now. I had my neighbor apply, to see if maybe it was me. The exact same thing happened. So this company took all our information, private and confidential information, and then ghosted us. Any number you have that I tried to call either is not a working line or only goes to your sales department, which also wants to collect people's information.

It's okay not getting hired, or not making the cut. Totally understandable. However, this was the last step, to talk about a job offer, and the whole company disappears and/or can't be contacted. I've been told I'd be contacted back a handful of times now. No one has. Not once. I am worried this is some type of scam, as they do not care for reputation nor potential employees. My information was collected via indeed and I'd like to know I am safe.

I had been looking for a remote job through Indeed. I was contacted by a person via email. The person said I qualified for their position. If I was interested, I should contact their Hiring Manager Helen Noah thru a private messaging app called Signal. I reached out to Helen and did an interview via the Messager app. Once I was hired, I was to receive a check to purchase all the equipment. I was also told I would be assigned a supervisor who would help me purchase said equipment and would also be training me. Once I got the check, which was for 6,600.00, I deposited it into my checking account. Then sent Helen a copy of the deposit ticket. I scratched out my account number but missed the last four digits of my account at the bottom of the page. Helen wanted to know if any funds were available immediately. I had already been suspicious but wanted a job badly. I told her that I would not move forward until I knew the check had cleared. Now mind you it takes several days for the check to be returned. In the meantime, you are spending your money on the so-called equipment. As I was waiting for the check to clear I started searching the company. Thankfully I found a review from a person that had the exact same info. Right down to the check amount. My husband and I immediately went to the bank and closed the account. We even called the police. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything because we hadn't lost any money. I just wanted to share this bit of information. Hopefully it will help someone.

He sent me a check but then started asking for personal logins.

Approached via Indeed website as a lucrative job opportunity. I signed up and began researching. Could not verify the company was legitimate.

This was posted as a legitimate job offer through Indeed.com and to interview through Teams. It went on for a couple of days before I was extended an offer and told HR would send me onboarding documents in which I filled out W4 and tax information with my social security number on it. There was an Aaron White who interviewed me through teams and Anthony Bernadino who stated he was the chief executive officer and to send a deposit receipt and let them know when funds were made available.

I was employed as a temp through this company for about a month or 2 and I voluntarily had to end my assignment because I lost my source of transportation to and from work and I called to let them know and I thought everything was settled. I had trouble getting my first paycheck from them and was cursed out when I called them to talk to them about my paycheck. The company and the so call recruiter is very snotty and unprofessional. Well the company that I was working at through them was trying to hire me through the door and she is trying to make them pay $5400 to a contract that doesn't even exist. I then started doing my own little investigation and found all kinds of businesses listed under their name and number with different addresses and 2 of which the so called company had filed bankruptcy in 2022. Now I have started getting threatening phone calls and text messages from this person/company and they have been asked to stop and they keep on .

Was contacted for a job application and everything had to be done through an app called the signal app.

Position, Name, Current/Previous Residence, SSC, Nationality, Convictions, etc.

Applied to a job listing on indeed. Sent email to me to fill out an application form and attach front and back pics of ID. Then continued and asked to sign up to ID.me and then asked for my login info..

The scammer presented a job offfer on Indeed from. The domain([email protected]) is bogus. Brian Gold stated that a check would be mailed to my address for the purchasing of computer/office related items that were necessary to start work. The check arrived in the mail. The UPS check arrived from Qualcomm in Austin, TX but it was written from Amerist Bank in Florida to a Shantoshi, Inc. In addition to this information, the routing number on the check referenced a bank out of Georgia. The check was deposited and was later rejected. Mr. Brian Gold avoided any phone calls. Instead, he opted to speak only through Skype. Brian Gold appeared to be a recruiter of some sorts with Mr. Brian Meldrum. Brian Meldrum is an employee of JD Power. Brian Meldrum’s name was on the contract my Network Administrator contract. I reached out to Brian Meldrum on LinkedIn and via email to alert him of the bad actor(Brian Gold), but he did not respond.

After a few days of supposedly being onboarded by bad actor(Brian Gold), he repeatedly asked me about the status of the funds from check. Then he broke down and finally asked me to purchase a Greendot Card and put $40 on the card. I politely said “No”
