My husband was looking for orthotics flats for me. They took over a month to arrive. When we received them, they have no orthotic insole, no arch support. It's false advertisement. The product does not go by US shoe sizes. They are incredibly smaller than any other shoe I've tried. When we request a return they made numerous attempts to offer store credit. They finally offered returns and they are expecting us to ship them back to China! It will cost us $40 to return them to potentially get refunded. This is an absolute scam. Avoid this company.
