They call our Taco Bell's and ask if they need ink. Someone from our store will say yes and then they "send" ink. The company waits a year before contacting our main office to send an invoice for $173.00. We've had this happen a couple of times that we know of. The first time, we held onto the ink just by chance and so when they sent the invoice, we paid shipping to send it back. This time, we can't confirm whether our store received the ink or not and we are refusing to pay the $173.00

They are located in CA and use a Mailbox company as their address. They contact our restaurants to get names and send invoices out for toners. They are not our partner nor do we do business with them.

This company has called our stores about ordering their product. We have said no on multiple occasions at multiple stores, but they still send their product then bill us an invoice. I have talked to them in the past about this issue, and they keep sending us invoices and will not even give a return shipping label. This has been happening for over a year now and I want to end this. I have repeatedly told them I do not want to do business with them, yet they keep on doing the same thing, even after we tell them no multiple times. Please bring down this business since this is a scam.
