Rose & Mabel markets themselves as a boutique shop in Vermont that makes quality hand knitted sweaters. I ordered 2 cardigans on October 3 that were to be delivered in 7-10 days. A customer representative at [email protected] told me that the sweaters were machine-made in another country but they couldn't tell me where the sweaters were coming from. I finally received a package from China with 1 sweater in it on October 26. I requested a return form and a full refund and the company is not responding. I'm happy to share all of my communications with this company.
