Purchased an item from the website July 2026, item was never delivered. Contacted customer service they assured me they will resend the item, August 2026. After a second attempt still no item received. Since August 2026 I have been going back and forth with Customer Service to refund my money, as of today, 28 October 2026 they are still stating banks are handling a large volume of refunds request which can cause delays. No one should this site to purchase any items from them.
