Hello everyone, I just recieved a Final Notice "Allocated Waiver of $199.00 in the form of a check, but is definitely not a check" from Wells Fargo Bk, (which whom i dont bank with), stating that this is a letter informing me about a matter a my residence by the lender of Wells Fargo Bk, to revoke allocated waiver after 7days and to call 1 888 512 0195 about my property, Guys please do not call that number or communicate with them in any sort of way. At the bottom of the supposedly check is says 'Not Affiliated with Wells Fargo Bk', so please be aware of any type of scams you receive in the mail, they are trying to get your personal information. I REPEAT, PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU RECEIVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN THE MAIL', TO top it off i asked Chatgpt what number is this associated with just to comfirm that it is a scam
