Report

Attempt to install printer from HP. Went to web site for assistance and someone came online to "assist" with install. They claimed issues with installing due to "bad drivers" and network infected due to no network protection. Tried pressure sale to buy their product for warranty purposes and future protection from further infection from the web/others using my IPS address.
