I received 6 emails stating that I was moving through a process of being approved for insurance through Health Sherpa which was a company related to FloridaBlue HMO and in the last emails it stated I was approved and to click to enter my personal payment details. When I first contacted the telephone number below the name of the person signing off on the emails (Oriel Mesa de la Rosa) tele 305-440-9944, the man who answered said he did not speak English). When my husband called him he did speak English and became irate when we were trying to understand what the emails were about. They used my last name but a different first name on the application. I also contacted Floria Blue to report it to their fraud line but no one called me back.
