I called the JetBlue telephone number to make a change on an upcoming flight I have scheduled for September and the individual stated he was a customer service representative for JetBlue and after an one hour and 15 minute phone call of repeating the reason for my call and the individual placing me on hold to speak with his supervisor constantly stated the seats which I elected were going to cost me an additional $350 charge. I did receive an confirmation email from JetBlue with the changes I elected, however, the confirmation also showed that JetBlue did not charge me for the changes. I called JetBlue back to find out why my credit card was charge $350 and JetBlue told me to contact my credit card company. The $350 charge on my credit card was from Travel Unravel and now I do not have any way of contacting them.
