I also just received this product that looked nothing like the product shown on website. I have contacted for a refund, so we'll see if I get the money back. They also don't provide a return label, I must pay for return shipping and there's a 10% restocking fee. They charged me $200+ for a Chinese piece of junk probably worth $5 bucks

The toll-free number states that all customer service representatives are busy and then hangs up. I emailed customer service requesting a refund and did get a response stating that a refund is not possible and my items have shipped. However, it is the same bogus tracking number that was sent on Dec. 11 when I originally ordered the product.

MY BOSS ORDERED 9 TRUVIEW PRO DASHCAMS FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS AND THEY NEVER CAME IN. HE NEVER GOT A SHIPPING LABEL OR PROCESSING EMAIL. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY TWICE WITH NO REPSONSE. HE SAW THIS AD ON FACEBOOK, PLACED THE ORDERED ON 11/28/2022, TODAY MAKES A MONTH WITH NO REPSONSE FROM THE COMPANY.

Ordered product on line. Received product which was broken, did not work. Phone number on confirmation disconnected. Emailed, first said nothing they could do. Then was able to get return with number. I had to pay shipping. Sent to address on the return policy page of site. I got package returned to me. Called again, different phone number found under return policy page. they gave me different address. Told them I want refund including the shipping charge. They said need to return it. Asked to talk to a manager or supervisor, he stated did not have any. Could not give me number for anyone, he said just send an email. So now total lost is $60.

Read an article online about the “best gadgets of 2023”. One was a portable space heater. Looked legit w/customer reviews, 100% money back guarantee, lots of specs, etc. Ordered w/ my debit card, received an email w/ tracker number but was bogus. I emailed, got an email from yahoo saying it was “undeliverable” X3, called customer service X5 and left messages. My emails were answered however, stating “be patient”. I complained I paid $1 extra for express delivery and they refunded my &1 back to my bank account with the address to send back the heater but I NEVER RECEIVED THE HEATER in the first place.
