Facebook ad offered a 2-piece circuit tester kit, consisting of a wall electrical outlet tester and a separate outlet finder to use at the circuit breaker box. Tracking info supplied by the seller from Imaginatioy.Com showed a supposedly international route starting in Italy and then disappearing at an unnamed carrier in the US. When I contacted them, they shipped one of the two items, the outlet tester, and when I asked for the second item (the circuit finder) they informed me my shipment was complete and offered me $4 for my troubles.
