Same as everyone else. My Grandson asked me to order a ring for a Mothers Day gift. I used my credit card and ordered it 10 days ago. They sent a text package label was created on April 30th were now May 4th. I think I was scammed but this company should be investigated. No way to contact them.

Just dispute the charge with your bank so they do not get to keep your money! My situation is the exact same as yours!

Yes they scammed my [censored]. My boyfriend bought a ring from there for me of course and those mfs scammed his [censored], I should’ve known though for ordering some from tik tok but damn I was trynna support ya lil business. Well anyways email me if y’all have any information on the company cause I can buy a round trip to Michigan, Utah or wherever the hell they are at and beat they mf [censored] I don’t play bout my money, my email is [email protected].

I placed my order for 3 rings and have not recorded it or a response to my multiple emails. If you check your tracking it claims a product tags was created out of Compton,CA but USPS is awaiting product. And that was a month ago as well. I’m stuck trying to find out how to even file a complaint to get a refund or this stupid company shut down. I should have done my research first.

Complete scam. They claim 24/7 costumer support but haven’t responded to a single one of my 4 emails. They have no number to call. I waited 23 days for a ring with an initial on it and when it finally came the initial wasnt even attached to the ring and was missing the diamond part. I just wasted 20 bucks.

I want to first state that this business has NO information about them listed ANYWHERE online. No social media, nothing. The only way to contact them is either through their website on their contact us page, the support@ilyjewelsusa email, OR the [email protected] email addresses. I reached out to them through ALL of these methods about a purchase of a bracelet that was made on February 6th. I made sure to add "expedited ensured shipping" to my order so I can have it in time for Valentine's Day which would be about 3-5 days. Their website states, "All Orders Ship From Our United States Warehouse with 3-7 Day Delivery." And yet I heard nothing besides one email stating my order was on the way on February 7th, with a tracking number that does not pull any information to track. I reached out to them multiple times this week and have yet to hear a response about my order that I never received. I am posting this because I made the mistake of purchasing from this business and potentially exposing my personal information to a potential scammer and am warning others to not do the same.

My son ordered something online from this company and I've contacted them no less than 15 times regarding the order. My emails to them keep getting returned and their 24/7 customer service that they tout is laughable. I have not heard from them once nor have I received the item.
