My daughter ordered a necklace for Mother’s Day. Paid £13.99 was sent a bogus tracking number which claimed to have delivered the item. She was then charged £1.49 for re delivery. Still not received anything.

I ordered a necklace on May 1, 2021 for my granddaughter to give her mother for mother's day.This company immediately took the $15.99 out of my account.I haven't received an email from them letting me know if my order has shipped.I've tried contacting them several times by their email they have listed,but no response from them.I believe that this is a Scam company and they need to be shut down ASAP!

Ordered a piece of jewelry and never received it. Never shipped and can’t call them. I sent an email but did not get a response. There are numerous complaints similar to mine and also not receiving the product after paying for it. Be aware and stay away.

This would have helped me alot before i bought three freaking rings. On May 7th 2021 i ordered them with fast shipping. I wanted one for my fiance, one for my mother and for my grandmother. It would be my mothers day gift to them and im really hurtful because i came empty handed because of these [censored] scamming people. Karma will get them im sure of it. DO NOT trust this website. They never answer

My daughter ordered a ring for me for Mother’s Day in April and it said would be here in plenty of time. Mother’s Day has passed and no ring. Sent two emails to company and no response - actually one got kicked back for “incorrect email address” even though it’s what they have listed. And yes, the charge went through at bank so ring is paid for. Calling bank today to try & reverse charges. Grrrrrr.

I also got scammed! My Granddaughter wanted to purchase the love ring for her mom for Mother’s Day! We ordered it and paid for it and it never came. When you track the order it says shipping label printed but nothing has arrived for the post office to attach the label to. I just disputed it with my bank letting them know its a scam!
