I have asked the company to cancel my membership for the past 12 months. They say every month that they have canceled it and then I find out they have charged my PayPal account and sent another product out to me. I cannot use their product due to it causing an allergic reaction on my face and skin. I go through this practically once a month and contact them when charges appear on my account and would like them to comply with what they say.
