I received multiple text messages saying I had overdue tolls that I needed to pay. Now I have received a letter in the mail from Professional Account Management LLC stating that they are a collection agency on behalf of the tollway and are trying to collect $119.80 for outstanding tolls on my license plate. They listed no information of mine. When I looked up their phone number it brought me to this website https://qa.disputes.dsparkingportal.com/ILVES which is NOT the official tollway website. However, it looks nearly identical to it and nearly fooled me. The phone number the collection agency gave was this 833-418-1434 Do NOT pay them! It is a scam!
