My husband and myself received a first class letter stating that we had a security breach from Caesar’s. The letter stated that we had a breach of our license number. They wanted to give you a 2 year membership in credit monitoring. They give you an email to go to and enter a code and they say you must have credit and computer and internet to do this.

Thinking this was a legitimate security breach, my daughter filled in the information on IDX website until they asked for my social security number. I said, NO WAY. I called the phone number listed and told him I had never heard of that company, Somnia Pain Mgt. of Kentucky. Also, I would give out my social security number. He said I must have used the company earlier before their breach and didn't remember it. IDX has my date of birth and I don't know what I can do to have my information deleted from their system.

My husband and I both received a 4 page letter with HEALTH NET on the letterhead, signed by the VP and Compliance officer, informing us that on January 25, 2021, Ascellion's platform was compromised by an unknown malicious party. Our personal information was included in the involved data breach.

They offered a 1 yr. free identity protection through IDX.

WE DO NOT BELONG TO HEALTH NET!

We tried to reach Health Net, but their phone has been disconnected.

My husband signed up for the IDX "protection".

What do we do now?
