Placed an order online. Never received the order. I contacted ice cartel via email and they said it was on its way. I still have not received the item I purchased.

I had order some jewelry grillz to be exact. When I received them the was the wrong design and model they also had a defect where the grill didn’t cover a whole tooth. So I sent them back and redid a tooth mode. The new tooth mode I set never was used they sent me back the same exact pair of grillz and told me they fixed using the the new mode. And the design still wasn’t work I originally purchased so I sent my purchase order to let them know and they told me I’m wrong but it clearly show two different style grillz I have all corresponding paperwork pictures of the grills that I should’ve received in pictures of the grills that I did receive

icecartel.com took my 200 for the cad design sent over a mock up and on dec 9 2024 took (2250.00) and now it’s Jan 27 2025 with no pendant
