We got a phone call about a bid that was placed regarding an auto auction. My husband was told they accept our bid and to click the buy now button. Then were contacted by phone and given instructions for a wire transfer. We were told we would get the sellers location and instructions after they receive the funds. Our financial institution deemed it a scam and contacted us before completing the transaction. The transfer was halted and we tried to contact the seller multiple times without success. We did some more research on the site and saw many comments and flags as a scam
