I met this person on dating site July 2024. In October 2024, I loaned them creditable funds (credit card) to make a payment in which they verbally promised to repay by November 2024 . After 13 months of non-repayment this person was ordered to complete a court mediation where they self volunteered promised payments and signed the mediation agreement to repay each month. After the initial payment was made they refused to repay and provide creditable documents disputing their defense in court and a formal civil judgement was entered on Thursday, February 19, 2026 against them. They also did not appear in court and did not provide notice to the court concerning their absence.
