We are a medical office and received a statement in the mail stating that we owed for 2 units of 500 ct Nitrile gloves for a total of $1,378. I do the purchasing for our company and I have never ordered from Legacy medical Supplies, nor would I spend $1,378 on Nitrile Gloves. The order form/invoice looks like a photo copy with our clinic information added after the fact.
