My husband saw an ad for an item (Bose wave stereo) on Facebook. The price was unbelievably low. He thought he checked it on the HSN website. He ordered using either PayPal or ApplePay. Today we received a pair of extremely cheap sunglasses. Looked online to see others had similar experiences and wanted to report it.

Second time for me and I should have known better but it looked so authentic. Ad on Facebook was HSN Factory Outlet Shop, buy 2 Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead Cordless Vacuum, $39.99 each so I bought 2 with the 30%discount to boot! $79.98-23.99 plus 9.99 shipping, total cost $65.98.Got a confirmation right away from Fineitet, order 3230620014833804 06-19-2023 Order completed USPS tracking # AG825875395CN, Courier HM Warehousing Distribution Service Limited.

Delivered from 07-01-2023 HK Inter Airport China till 07-10-2023 Narragansett...never came.The tracking company, TRACKO718, one stop quick tracking wrote and said they aren't really a 'tracking' company, they just send the message? tracking #AG825875395CW

Scammer posed as hsnfactoryoutlet. I thought I was buying from a home shopping network. I bought 2 Bose Cd players. My bank called and asked if I bought product on my credit card. I did not know this was a scam so I told bank yes I ordered with my card. It took almost a month for something to come in the mail. It was a little something like you would put on a key chain. Not worth 50 cents. Return address is Carrie Bonkiewicz, 2864 Parsons Blvd Queens, NY 11357. This is a bunch of thieves.

I tried to buy an ice machine from this website that comes up as an ad on Facebook, I am glad my bank sent me a fraud alert because these people thried to charge me 2 times and they tried to use my card on some other site for $1.00 to see if it worked. They are using the HSN (Home Shopping Network) logo and it is fake, after i tried to place my order it said my debit card number was invalid and try again, that when my bank contacted me about the charges and stopped them from going through and have to send me a new debit card. How are these scammers getting away with this stuff? They need to be stopped and someone needs to monitor the ads on Facebook because this happened to my sister also!! Im sorry I couldn't give you the web site address, it never shows up, just the email to contact us and when you click the email, the email address automatically changes to the other address i put in for the website
