This went on for about 3 months. I ordered 2 collapsible shelving units for a HSN link on Facebook. When the card was processed, it came through as sparklemilk.com. I waited about a month for delivery and when it was supportably delivered, i was told that it must have been stolen by my neighbors. Then for the next 2 months it was back and forth try to get the shipment redelivered and again was told that it was delivered and it must have been stolen. I got tired of playing their games so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have collected, saved and screenshot every transaction that I've had with them. Every time I would see their ad on Facebook, I would mark it as a scam. I'm filling out this information everywhere I can.

This is an imposter of HSN (Home Shopping Network) If you type in the address online the only thing you get are questions all asking the same thing and a scam checking sight wants to further gather more info from you which may add to the scam. Have no idea even where this comes from country or state and as many times I block this on FB it still shows up. I checked HSN web sight they dont sell this but in the ad, HSN is used to make it appear it is HSN you are dealing with.

I ordered about 4 items as a christmas gift because my gf loves the greenbay packers. I spent a good almost $50 for all of it. I was able to get through one email with someone and they assured me that my items were on the way. They even gave a tracking number. I kept up with the number and when it was marked delivered, i checked my door, my mailbox, my neighbors.. i live in an apartment so i checked every possible place. My packages were no where to be found. The time that they marked delivered was at noon today when its not even noon yet. I also tried emailing again and they disconnected their email. There is no phone number to call and there is no info on which carrier had my package. Its unfortunate that this happens. Its unbelievable that i work hard for my money and wanting to buy nice things and cant even get my items.

Facebook post that looked like HSN.

Even had HSN video displaying a cordless rechargeable vacuum

I know better than to grab link off social media... but was out and it caught my attention. Only having my phone, I went ahead.

This was a facebook ad that looked totally legit. A F.B. ad from HSN with a video for a bissell vacuum cleaner that was advertised as being sold from HSN. After I ordered I received a confirmation email confirming the order and a receipt for 56.98 from NEWINYEE Inc. ( mailed by bounce.stripe.com) (not HSN) I then realized it was a scam ,and called my bank to report this and to cancel my credit card. There was no telephone no. given for this "company' but in the comfirmation email they sent was ..."If you have any questions contact us at [email protected]." I did there was no reply.

This was a Facebook ad that looked legitimately like HSN. There was a video for a Bissell vacuum cleaner that was advertised as being sold from HSN. After I ordered I received a receipt on amount of $49.96 from Newinyee Inc . The web address for the video that I thought was HSN was actually hydryth.com. This is a Chinese 'Company'. I have attached some screenshots.

Scammer posed as hsnfactoryoutlet. I thought I was buying from a home shopping network. I bought a Bose Cd players on June 17th. I actually thought it was an outlet for the real HSN shopping network. They sent a confirmation number and a tracking number. The merchandise was never received and the site is now closed.

ran an ad on Facebook as an "HSN outlet store" for an icemaker for $40. Got the contact info and used my debit card to pay the $40. They then ran multiple charges on my debit card and took a total of $384.30 this was all done within about 24 hours so i had no chance to stop it before the charges showed up.

Initially it was an ad while I was clearing emails on personal account. Clicked into and was very interested in the Dog Bed for Humans, could purchase one and received one no charge. Awesome, I thought, and it looked legit due to both QVC and HSN being pictured in ad. I knew it would take awhile coming from China, so I was in no hurry. When tracking showed it had arrived in Baytown, I was thrilled, but then everything went to [censored]. It kept telling me to pick up from my post office. When I called both of my post offices, they had no such tracking number, no such item. Attempted to locate purchase thru email give and tracking system, to no avail. Then it showed by item in N. Houston..then back at Baytown, it kept doing this. I knew I couldnt pick up the items in my vehicle (too small), so employed by daughter and we both serached for product, nope it is nowhere to be found. It directed me to subdivision, just sitting in the midst of. NOW, as I attempt to email, it comes back undeliverable. I am livid. Please spread the word.

An advertisement for luggage appeared on Facebook stating it was on clearance. I purchased 2 Carry-on luggage. I clicked on the link and put my name, address and credit card number.

As previous consumer reported, I too was scammed by this website. Spent $44.98 for a week-ender bag. When I clicked on the email and sent a question on the time for delivery, it came back as undeliverable to the email provided. Looked like a legit site on Facebook.

The scammer falsely advertised that they were HSN. I received an email invoice from HSN-Eprtest Order. When you click on the track order button nothing happens. There is no phone number to contact them anywhere on their website which is occdtrd.com. The ad on Facebook was very realistic with a real picture of Lori Greiner and an HSN host. I checked my account on HSN and there was no order there. That's when I became suspicious.

A friend shared an ad for QVC clearence. There was a YouTube video of the actual product from QVC. I clicked it and thought a Buy 2, Get 2 Free was a pretty great deal. It was too good to be true. I always check where I order from. Always. But this looked so real. I didn't even see the real email address until I attempted to send an email about where my package was. I even had dake tracking info that stopped ladt Monday- the day I inquired about my packages. I will file a dispute with my bank and not order any thing unless I go to the site myself, not using a hyperlink!

Ordered from Facebook advertisement supposedly from HSN an ice maker. Received in the mail a small leather flower not worth even $5.00. Shown on credit card as ASL Savelishot. Order was placed on 6/25/23.

My husband saw an ad for an item (Bose wave stereo) on Facebook. The price was unbelievably low. He thought he checked it on the HSN website. He ordered using either PayPal or ApplePay. Today we received a pair of extremely cheap sunglasses. Looked online to see others had similar experiences and wanted to report it.
