Type of a scam Online Purchase
On Hoover.com I was initially charged only .95. I thought that was Hoover’s charge for the manual online at the time, I gave my account info and $ was taken out immediately but I never received the manual via email.
In the meantime my bank texted me asking if I approve a monthly payment of $69.95 to a company called manual finders.com. I declined the purchase and my bank cut off my debit card so payment was never processed and bank was able to refund the .95 cents.
I called. Hoover ( got the phone # from Hoover.com , when I finally was contacted by a representative I was informed that I was a victim of a scam, and Hoover has nothing to do with the company and I was scammed.
I did realize something was up when the site took a very long time after receiving my bank info. I was told that Hoover does not charge for product manuals.

27 Old Glaucester Street, London United Kingdom
Kingdom WC1N 3AX. ( if u google it comes up as Gloucester’s street and they are residential buildings
Their phone is + 44 (0) 20 3868 5545
I believe this company gets Hoover. Com’s customer info to scam their customers.
Why would someone pay $69.95 a month for a company in another country to acquire manuals for them ? Hoover claims they have nothing to do with this company yet I was scammed on their direct website, they did not feel it necessary for me to inform a representative in their I T department .
