Received postcard from Homeowners Protection Division stating that my coverage would lapse. They tried to gett me to renew for $ 152 . I have no records that I ever had their service. I declined to renew.

They claimed that my home was in need of warranty replacement that I did not have making it sound as though I did. I called the number and they wanted me to verify personal info and when I refused, they hung up.

I didn't call the number just googled it and it came up as a scam number. I them read. Of the same exact card being sent out to others and it said to report so I'm trying to.

Letter in the mail for a "warranty replacement notice". I rent the home and it was addressed to someone that doesn't own this home or live here.
