Waste of Time

We signed up with this company a year and a half ago. Everything went smooth, buyout was fine. fast forward a couple of months and we were notified that our monthly payments would be changing but they would send us a credit right away of the difference for a certain amount of time. It is now a year later, I have spent countless hours of my own personal time calling to get this refund. As if reading a script I am told every time I call that a manager or the accounting department are not available and they have marked my call as urgent and will call me back as soon as possible. I did finally get through to the same person as mentioned above (Osman) and he told me I would receive my money by end of day. That was a week ago. I am beyond frustrated.

I want to echo these two other customers. These guys promised me the same to buy out my water heater. It's been 11 months now I have called them about 100 times to get this done. they say they will today and never call back even have confirmation saying the buy out is completed. Its a Scam. I wonder why canadian government and the consumer ministry is not taking legal action on these people. How can a canadian company run like this. I have asked for who the owners are and they dont give anything out. I spoke to the same person OSMAN on 4165654669 and he has blocked my number now, Also the guy who promised all this is Calvin - 2262122808 has also not returned my called or even don't call back left many messages. People should get together and go to CBC marketplace about this company. Customers are been scammed and left in the dark. If they don't have a business then take us out of the contract.

I saw your comments strange thing these guys keep opening under different names and doing the same thing over and over, what concerns me that no one does anything to stop this, Osman same guy that was one of the owners of Trusted Home they closed too leaving everyone stuck, I have written to so many people no one gives a [censored], Doug Fords office keeps sending me c[censored] about Covid when I am telling them about this!

I was promised by Mo Osman at Trusted Home the hot water tank to be paid off I was promised a full maintenance plan for 10 years, none of this happened, I have been waiting almost 2 years for the money they owe, I have called him at Home Care and left several messages he never calls back, I know of a group of people that are in the same situation

these guys used to be Trusted Home Services, they lied to so many customers, then closed leaving everyone stuck in long term contracts with all the promises they made not taken care of, everyone lost money. They have now reopened under a new name, be careful they have a track record of scamming, look at the BBB site for Trusted Home and Livsmart to get a sample of what is going on
