Do not use this company MEDVi for glp-1, I had origionally signed up to get my pills refilled that I had bought in Mexico so there was no prescription, they said to send picture so i did, sent blood work etc. I kept getting the same reply we need a picture of your prescription. We went round and round by phone and email for 2 days. So I told them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They refunded my money and a month latter they billed my credit card again. When I called they said my account was still active, because their person didn't cancel they only refunded my money, they will not give me my money back, stating the payment was already processed, but they did it when i Initially asked for cancelation and refund. This is a scam, they are saying it is their policy, not to give back money that has already been processed, yet they did it before. They just want your money.
