In looking for a dachshund puppy, I found https://www.havendachshunds.com/. I emailed them. Two days later Selena & Nikolas Ruska responded a puppy was available. We emailed 5 days getting information about our family and the puppy.

On day 6 they requested $650 payment via Zelle. My bank would not let the

transaction go through due to it being down.

So I sent Visa gift cards, with review and pictures. Mr Ruska then supposedly made shipping arrangements and took another $1050 to secure the puppy's safety. He said 97% of that fee would be refunded at arrival of pet. Arrangements were made with another scam company Silva Pet Shipping.

The puppy was to arrive 1-27-21 @9:50 pm.

No dog and all communications were shut down, no emails and unanswered phone calls.

I went to the website and clicked on contact us. I gave name; email; phone #; city and state. They emailed me and asked personal information. When I continued to try to get more information on secure payment, etc. they started to ignore my emails. I tried to call the number twice and received a voicemail. They claimed they were a private breeder from Columbus OH, however, when I got voicemail, they sounded like they were from Russia or Germany or something. I kept telling them I want to speak to someone in person and they ignored by questions. I will attached the email conversation. They even sent me pics.
