My friend acquired a puppy from Hanai Cavaliers with a severe health condition, hydrocephalus, necessitating daily medication for survival, and additional complications of blindness and deafness. Despite being informed of the puppy's condition, the breeder chose to proceed with the sale and did not provide any assistance to the family or the puppy. Their website assures puppy owners of continuous support, stating they will always be considered family, a claim which is a big misrepresentation.
