Ordered their product July 19 as being in stock. No word at all. No movement on the order. No order delivered. When I inquired about where my order was, they said that they were out of stock. Well, it certainly said that they were in stock when I ordered them in mid July. They then told me that they were shipped to the wrong address although my order status still says not shipped. another lie. I do not buy that. I have emailed them multiple times with no response over the past three weeks for a refund. My last email to this company is this morning saying that if I do not get my refund by tomorrow, I’ll be reporting them for fraud.

It is interesting that when you go to their website right now, it says that the gummy’s are in stock. I’m wondering how many other people have not received their orders yet.

Ordered a pre-workout gummy combo package on April 28th, 2023. The website states items would be shipped within 7 business days. It is now May 29th and I still have not received my order. I contacted them through the website 2 weeks after the order had been placed and have still not heard from them. The status on the website says order is unfulfilled yet shows its been paid. Sent another message through the website today and emailed directly to the team@gymratfuel.
