As was promised I initially received the item in a timely fashion, however I didn't care for the style and based on the company's return/exchange policy I immediately contacted via the email address. i explained that I wanted to return and exchange and to please contact me for instructions (not listed on website) as to how to proceed. No response even after numerous follow-up emails. No answers to phone number listed. I looked up address and see that person apparently works out of home. I now just want to return and get my money back.
