This company, Greek Notes (greek-notes.com), advertises a physical book to learn Greek on facebook. They even charge a shipping fee of 11$. Then once you pay (I lost $83.50 in total) they send you a link. I asked them via [email protected] why they never have info that this is a digital book and why they charged 11 dollars for shipping fee and they also asked for my physical address. They said that it was a misunderstanding and they mention shipping fee but they really mean processing fee and that the videos depict how the book should look once printed. They refused to give me a refund.
