At the bottom is an attached waiver for $199. There is no mention of a company, no email, no website, no address, or an identifiable postmark. The last sentence reads it is NOT affiliated with the actual lender. The only clue is that it also states " not all consumers have previous coverage." Possible insurance scam? Fortunately, I did not respond nor give personal information but I want others to beware.
