I bought a hoodie as a Christmas present for my niece. It was suppose to say Winter Park, Colorado on it in white. They printed it in grey, so you can not read the words. I sent them a photo of the shirt and they said well, you ordered grey and it is grey. This shows a lack of quality both with the product and the customer service. I am bummed.

Ordered a sweatshirt from this company. The paypal email that I received said I had authorized payment and it would show on my credit card statement as payment to PAYPAL "QUANZHOUKEN" and the company name showed up as a chineese company. When i went to the website to contact customer support the email address listed bounced back and the phone number was too many digits long 8615080135128 and no matter what combination of numbers i tried to dial (first 10, last 10, etc) i got a disconnection message.
