I purchased the dog online at oodle marketplace from Michael Eggert in Richmond, Virginia for $400. He went to Gradlyn Pet Airways to have the dog shipped to my house on Monday. That is when the company contacted me and told me it was a fee that I had to pay to have the dog shipped. Yesterday I paid the fee of $361.00 and the dog was supposed to be delivered to my home this morning at 9:45 am from Columbus, Ohio. The company called back and said it was a delay because the Pet Officials had to let the vet check on the dog before it arrives at my home and the dog would be delivered at 11:45 am. The company said they would call me in 45 minutes. Well 1:45 pm came and that is when the company told me the dog had died due to stress. The company told they would refund the money I sent but I had to pay $300 in lawyer fees and in return, I would get $4,900. Now the company said in order to get my refund I had to give them my bank account details to transfer the money.
