I received a call from Rick Morrison stating that I was eligible for a govt. grant in the amount of $11,000. He had my checking account information. I called the ScamPulse.com and was told it was a scam and to contact my bank.

Type of a scam Government Grant

I received an email from someone I had not seen in 40 years telling me that she was a winner of a government grant as I was in the military and that my name was also on the list. She gave me a number to text 202-852-4429 for Paul Valley to confirm my winnings. Paul texted that I was to go to Walmart and wire $1500 to Susan, in Iowa. I figured it was a scam and so while I was as Walmart I asked if people were sending money to this person. The clerk said that some had tried but they were stopped as it is a scam. I texted Paul back & told him this and he responded that I should go back in and say that I knew Susan, she was a friend.
