Consumer received a message via Facebook Messenger from her next door neighbor who said "I qualified through the Catalog of Department Federal of Domestic Assistance and I just received a check for $100,000". Agent Rayford A. Hudson is the gentleman I needed to speak with and he is from Houston, TX. She was told to click the link to speak with him and she did. She connected with him via Facebook Messenger and he informed her her name was on the list of recipients to receive $100,000. She gave him her full name, cell phone, monthly income, martial status. She confirmed she wanted her delivery on 7/5 and they wanted $700 upfront.
