Over a two day span of time I was called multiple times and when I did answer I was greeted by a man speaking with broken English, in what sounded like a busy office. The man started by thanking me for being an upstanding citizen and paying my bills an taxes on time and informed me I was eligible for a government grant, at which point he stated my first, last name, and a previous address and asked me to verify them as correct. when I told him no he quickly hung up on me. This was all done I matter of a few moments and I hardly understood what was happening do to the loud noise and the bad English. Through the call from what I was able to understand the caller never identified himself or who he worked for.

they call and said that the're from goverment grant and that i was selected to recieve the amount $9,600 dollars from the goverment and that it's a ramdom selectionit's a money i don't have to pay back.so the give me a security number and a phone number to call i spoke to this guy he said he name DENSLIT the number is 240-509-0893.ext 143

I am writing this review because I'm unhappy about the call I received from the unknown number that directed me to this phone number which is 606-824-0202 The caller informed me that I had been chosen to receive demographic grant money because I don't have a criminal record and I pay my bills on time. The amount of money he informed me I would be receiving is 9200. This would seem to be exciting information so any normal person who is not working this would have made a huge difference in my life. I have a young child and I have been looking for work. I don't appreciate people or should I say scammers for taking time out to run some particular brand of crack jokes on others who strive to be great human beings. I want it to make others aware of the situation because it is a waste of time.

Caller requested that consumer purchase I tunes gift cards but do not activate them. Call the scammer back with the gift card numbers. The scammer will activate the cards and you will receive a $50,000 free government grant.

male with thick accent mid eastern called my cell phone around 1100 hrs ask for me by name, said he was from "us federal government" and he could get me free grant money if i only gave him my bank account info and send him $50 through western union, so I questioned how is it free if i had to send money. and i asked him what office he was with, he just kept saying the same thing about he was with us federal government and how free money was there, so i hung up.

Man with real heavy mid east accent called 3 times until I took the time to talk to him. He had my name, address, phone, said government had selected me to receive a $9400 grant. Then said I needed to send a money order or cash. That's when I told him I knew he was a scammer. Hehung up. The phonenumber 202-313-7965 was not an operational number each time I tried to call it back.

Called me and informed I had been approved for $7000.00 grant. They needed my bank account information in order to immediately transfer the funds to me.

I got the call from this Business Company the man that called me would never tell me the name of the Business. First I had been getting emails from 3 different people saying that I was able to receive $4,815.00 for Grant money. I eventually got a call from a man that said he worked for this Business that was trying to give me $4,815.00 for Grant money. He had my name, email, address, and telephone number and was saying that I had taken a survey online and that's where he got all of my information from was the survey. So I proceeded to lead him on into thinking that I was interested in the money to see what all information I could get from him. He then proceeded to tell me the only way I could get this money is that I would need to give him my bank account information and/or a credit card information so that he could charge me $3.65 to have it mailed to Georgia and then there would be a man that would come to my house and personally had me the check in my hand. They will either ask you how would you like the money sent to you it can either be in a check or you have to give them your account information and they will direct deposit the money into your account.

I had a man contact me letting me know that I won a grant. They called twice, and didn't call back when I said I was going to call the BBB.

Received a call from a man with an Indian accent saying i have been selected to receive a grant from the treasury department and i would just need to send them 250.00 and they would send 7000.00. After i refused and hung up the phone i received another call from the same people a few days later. This time the tell me that i am to receive 10500.00 they just want me to give them my bank account information. Again i refused and hung up the phone. A few more days later they called again, but before they could say anything i told them i knew this was a scam and i was going to report them and he threaten me and i hung up the phone. they call back again a few days later this time it was a woman and i hung up. then i get a call from them a gain but now they are telling me they are the IRS and if i don't pay them 3000.00 in the next hour i was going to be arrested.

They say i have an available grant worth 8,500.00. But since i dont have a bank account or card to receive it. They want me to take $250.00 to walgreens and get a voucher. So they can varify its me in order to send my money through western union.

Lady called stated that I long with 1,500 other people have been selected to receive $9000 in grant money. She went through her whole spill and at the end she said I needed to go to wal Mart and send them $300. I thought it was real up until that point.
