I ordered from this website for Halloween. I was supposed to receive it within 5-7 days, but I haven't heard anything. I reached out and heard back once from customer service. "Savannah" stated that it was still being processed. Now I have reached out 3 more times over the course of 12 days without hearing anything else. THIS IS A SCAM. What a shame that someone would do this to children.
