The company advertises that they will get you a US Passport via internet instead of going to the post office. Not once did they advise that all they really did is put your information on an application, print the service processing fees on checks the post office refuses and supply copies of original documents. You still have to take everything to the post office, with ORIGINAL Documents and purchase money orders from the post office to cover the fees to get your passport. Even the passport picture we had to get from CVS because the picture you take with your phone is not good enough. This was a scam and very unhelpful. When I contacted the company to get the money back for the fees that the post office did not accept, I was told that they do not refund "government fees". Now I am sitting on two checks, made out to the USPS and can't get my money back. I had to pay for the service twice!! Do not use this company! Just go to the postoffice
