I was listening to radio station La buena vibra 1.75 amor of Miami, and they said had travel packages whoever responded to a question, I called and they said I have won a vacation package that I could used within a year and half with no restriction. When they send me the link to view it said I had to take my husband and attend 90 min meeting, had to make $75K a year, and all these restriction's otherwise will need to the hotel for the days I was there. I contacted them back the same day 2/7/2023 and request a refund, they told me CSR was already closed to call next day. Next day Leonardo Price contacted me and I did not answer, so he texted me that wanted to talk to me, I just told him I needed to cancel, he said without talking to me he won't do it. We talked for a few minutes, he trying to explain that the vacation packed I have selected yes it was mandatory a 90 minutes meeting, but if I pick something else will be different. I told him no, I wanted my money back, he said okay that I will see the credit within 1 to 2 days. Now I am calling and text him to provide a cancellation receipt and they are not answering. When I call you can hear those calls are being transferred. Something does not go with this company. But I am surprised that they are using a radio station to scam people.
