I purchased a wig on 12-31-21, I have reached out to the owner multiple times regarding my merchandise, and she has just ignored me. I sent her $400 and I received nothing. She has even stop picking up my phone calls and messages on Instagram. I informed her how I am on Dialysis and how it was stressing me out to have to hunt her down for a wig I paid for. Definitely a scam, the review above sounds a lot like my situation.

I ordered a unit from Taliah Thompson (Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC) November 2021, I was advised by Taliah that I should send payments via PayPal friends and family. I found that weird but thought since she seems reputable I used the method she requested. I realized later that was a big mistake as that’s her way of not having to return money she steals. I was told I should receive my unit within 4-6 business days. After several months of no updates, I reached out asking about ETA and was told a sob story about her being a “Boy Mom” and dealing with illness and I should receive my order in the next month. That time came and went, I reached out again asking for a refund and was given the run around. I just want my money back

This person has an account on Instagram and is advertising wig units for sale. I contacted her and purchased a wig on April 23, 2021. at this time I asked her how long it would take to receive the unit and explained I needed it by May 21st. She assured me I would receive it. May 21st came and she told it would be shipping out 2 days before. I never received tracking information so I contacted her again to ask the status on it and she said it will be shipped that sat the 20th. I never hear from her again until June 2nd, she sends me a message saying her assistant never shipped the unit and she will send it overnight in 2 more days. I agree because I just want the unit or my $650 I spent on it. June 2nd comes and still no tracking information. I contact her June 8th and 16th, no response both time. She responds June 20th providing a tracking number and Saying she’s sending the unit in the morning. I have been tracking the unit and it only shows a label created but no item received. I feel she’s a scam and never intended to send me anything. I’m out of $650 and have nothing to show for it but a waste of my time.

We sincerely apologize about the longer weight due to high order volume which increased all delivery times not just this order. This customer 100% for sure received her wig unit and I have proof that it was shipped and received by her, also here is a picture of the actual wig that was sent to her.
