I purchased a dress on www.gochicly.com on 4/5/2025. I received the completely wrong dress on 4/19/2025. I tried calling the company but the phone number that is listed on the website was disconnected. I sent 4 emails to the contact email listed on the website explaining that I received the incorrect dress and either needed to receive the correct dress or a refund but the company never responded. The company says that they are from California, USA but the packaged came from overseas and when googling the address listed on the website, the location appears to be someone's house.
