Such a scam! (Update)

So i posted on here before about this site. Ive been going back and forth with them to get a refund. At first they offered me 15 dollars from my 50 dollars. I refused and sent screen shots of this site calling them out. They then agreed to full refund BUT if i return my items. Meaning shipping it myself, no return label given. I checked to see how much it would be to send my items back from usa to china and its damn near 67 dollars! I feel like they knew this so they can keep my money. I f--king hate this site.

Such a scam!

Ordered off of, you guessed it, Tik Tok. I did it as a 4 payment plan from Pay Pal. I didn't get tracking info until I sent an email of complaint. When the tracking info led to nothing, another email was sent. When my bras finally arrived, they were way too small but I still wanted bras in that style so I asked for an exchange. Get no response. Tried again and still nothing. That was enough for me. I went on Pay Pal and filed a complaint. It took a whole month to get a response and what do they offer me? 15 dollars! I told them no, I want it all back. I paid 50 I want 50. And for them to offer me just 15 is like a slap in the face. So I declined the offer and now it's back under review. It makes no sense as to why Pay Pal will not step in to help as I am doing it through their site.

Big Time Tik Tok Scam

I bought the bras. 2 for $50. A deal I would soon regret. The bras took nearly 3 months to come (strike 1), I essentially had to complain to customer service after the first month went by without any notice of shipment to which they did not reply and then all of a sudden my order is finally being PREPARED TO SHIP on the site (strike 2) and when they do arrive they do not fit accurately to size standards (strike 3). I check the site, for it to say that orders can only be returned 30 days AFTER PURCHASE… how can anyone return anything if it takes three months from payment to delivery? I contact support again via email, to which they have not answered. I am next going to the BBB, which I warned them of and have been emailing the support 3 times a day because I originally just wanted to exchange but now I want my money back. I am absolutely going to make a Tik Tok about it to warn people.

Scam stay away/ don't fall into this Tiktok promotion scam

I seen this on Tic Tok. No mention it was coming from China. Like everyone else above. I got confirmation immediately. 4 weeks later nothing. Sent email to customer service. Was advised it would ship soon. I asked for refund and to cancel. Not reply. Product 2 bra's showed up. I was very careful to measure and go by their chart. Bra so small I don't even think a child could get it on. Asked for a refund. I got a reply back, with shipped it back to us in China at my expense and they would refund me a portion. Or keep them and they would give me $5 back. How gracious of them. Sell me crap, keep my money. I paid via PayPal's but even they would not back the policy for me. Bye bye PayPals. Never again. If it is not US owned no way. Do you research because no one else will. But we have a voice. Hopefully this will help someone else from getting scammed.

Sucky customer service

Just don't waste your time. I was all excited about ordering the bra and trying it out. I ordered and about a week later reached out for the status on my order. They got right back to me with the info. Fast forward about a month later the package was marked delivered but there was no package. I have reached out multiple times and nothing. No one has responded about the missing package. At this point I don't even want to try the bra I just want my money back. I am a loyal customer and will purchase from one company every time I need something. How does any company expect to have and/or keep returning customers like this?

I saw an ad on TikTok and ordered two bras from GoChumbo. I ordered a size bigger than what I normally wear, but the bras were very small. Also, one bra was supposed to be nude color, but was more of a weird orange color. I've emailed customer support twice and haven't received any response. I splurged to get a good quality bra and now I'm out $70. : (

I ordered EXPRESS delivery, its been 2 months and i still didnt get my tracking number. They say it will be coming soon. I asked to be reimbursed for express delivery and they offert me 3$. Its for a bra. I will never oder from them again

They are horrible! I tired to cancel after it took three weeks to process my order! But the agent said it was shipped already…bull[censored]! The package took a month to arrive and that’s after a paid for express shipping. When it arrived it was in a crumbled up ball, I then opened the package to see that I didn’t get the colors I ordered. The picture is if three bra, top two are bras in 44 D. I order up a size from Chumbo because I thought better safe than Wsorry. The bra circled in red is what Chumbo delivered, no where near the correct size! This place is a joke! And I want a refund!

Ive actually gotten responses from [email protected]. I emailed them asking where my bras were, they emailed back and said they had been sent for shipping and asked if i could wait. I told them I would wait 1 week for a tracking email. I emailed them one week later and told them to cancel my order. That was last Wednesday June 1st. Yesterday June 7th, I saw that they had refunded my money back as it was "pending" in my checking account. Today... NOTHING. no pending, no deposit, nothing. I just now emailed them and told them to give me my money back. Also, check your account. They charged me a $1.05 assessment fee. I hope you get your product or get your money back.

False advertisement

It took over 5 weeks to get my order, a bra and tummy wrap. The bra is really small, uncomfortable in general. The wrap isn't even the one advertised. It's supposed to have a strap at the end but it only has velcro on both ends, I can't even use it and there are no instructions. Please avoid this company, it's wasted money, product or no product.

Do Not Buy Anything from Them

I put in an order at the beginning of April, I had to contact them to get any form of confirmation that the order had even been placed yet they took the money straight away. I then had to chase them again to get any tracking info and now it is still sitting in China awaiting departure. I am not even sure that they have sent anything it could be a fake tracking number. But here we are more than a month later and still it sits in China. I have tried to contact them via email and they do not reply at all.

Consumer ALERT!! Don't Buy From GoChumbo

I purchased an item from GoChumbo and they charged my card $33.00 sent me a confirmation and even went so far as to send a shipping email but,...their links don't work, No one responds to inquiries and you can't get any shipping info from their so called website. Buy at your own risk. I've always been so hesitant to purchase online because of tis and here I am regretting my impulsive decision. Never again!

I got scammed out of $35 and I’m so mad about it. I sent them an email asking when I would receive my order and they said I would get it soon, then followed up with “hopefully you can wait”. So not only are they scam artists, but super rude too! I made the mistake of thinking just because I saw an ad for it on TikTok that meant it was safe. Turns out TikTok doesn’t verify if a company they’re running ads for is safe or not. Don’t make my mistake.
