I ordered a rain coat on October 2nd from My Comfy Dress Website off of the Google search engine. I haven't received my rain coat and when I sent a complaint to my bank organization to help me get the money back they denied it. I have the order number and have asked the company for a refund since I haven't received the product from them but I haven't received it so far.

I placed an order from My Comfy Dress that I saw the website on facebook. 17 days later I never got my item nor any tracking information that my order has even been shipped but my payment was taken. I've made numerous attempts to email the company and just get an automated response that my order is being processed.
