On October 29, 2026, I purchased $100 in clothing from jmierrose.com, believing it was the official JMIERR website. I later discovered the merchant was POLLYEDIT, operating what appears to be a website impersonating the JMIERR brand.

I requested cancellation on October 30, before shipment. Despite this, POLLYEDIT processed the transaction through Shop Pay/Affirm on November 2. The merchant repeatedly requested unnecessary documentation, including photos of products I had never received.

On November 3, POLLYEDIT agreed in writing to issue a full refund, which I immediately accepted. However, the refund has not been confirmed or processed.

I believe this is a deceptive online retail operation involving suspected brand impersonation, misleading merchant identity, and failure to honor an agreed refund. I have reported the merchant to Shopify and disputed the transaction with Affirm.
