Product not received

I ordered $70.00 worth of product. The money was taken from my account on day one and email saying I would receive another email regarding shipping and tracking info. That has never happened and no response to my multiple emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Placed an order well over there weeks ago for a SINGLE waist trainer and paid for priority shipping. No email confirming shipment. No updates and no tracking number. I emailed several times and have yet to receive a response, aside from a generic computer generated response saying that I will "receive a tracking number." The event I needed this for has well come and gone. I emailed over a week ago saying I no longer want tbe product and want a refund. No response. Clearly, this is a scam. I will also be filing complaints with the BBB and letting my followers on Social Media know not to trust this company or purchase anything from them. Terrible business practices and non existent customer service.

Also, the company uses fake reviews on TrustPilot to make them seem legit. All the positive reviews have suspiciously names and terrible grammar and are basically different regurgitations of the same "positive experience." If you are looking for reviews on this company, its because you have some inkling about them possibly not being legit. Listen to your instinct. It's right. This company is a scam. Buyer beware.

They have never shipped my item. There is no way to contact them personally and they won’t respond to emails. It was a purchase total of $34.97 which I’ve tried to get refunded. I received one email saying they would let me know when my package was shipped and nothing after that.
