I found this company on Google because I was having a problem with my HP printer. First, while they advertise themselves as HP technical support helpline, they have no connection to HP. Second, when I called there was a lot of noise on the phone and I couldn't understand what they were saying. I hung up and they called me back immediately from 516-214-0454. They had my name (caller ID?) and asked for me. I explained the problem I was having and they stated that there is probably a virus on my computer which caused the printer to malfunction. They said they would have to sweep my computer for viruses and then they could sell me a new printer at a good price. As this sounded shady I did not follow up with them. There does not appear to be a virus in my computer and furthermore I found that a simple reset fixed my printer. I called the company again today to make sure I had the right number and hung up when they answered. There were at least 10 attempts to call me back and a message using my name marked Urgent asking me to call them back. I believe this is a scam and they try to pass themselves off as a helpline for HP. Please look into this.
