I ordered a free sample from an online ad. I did not order or agree to pay for monthly orders. I've tried to reach them but can't. no phone # or email address. I tried and got the REAL GENUINE company which is based out of ENGLAND. They claim these folks are a scam... and I agree. The labels are different from the real oil. thank you. [email protected]

Notified by the Reputable Company in the U.K. that the U.S. Company of GLOBAL GREEN LABS is a SCAM. Notify your bank and police of this FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They charge you for AUTO DELIVERY when you have not authorized these purchases. Total of $88.80 & $89.90 using the scam BUY TRIAL. FOR $6.95 each. Comes in liquid and gummy's. Do Not Buy this Company is FRAUDULENT & CALL YOUR BANK TO STOP PAYMENT.

I ordered ONLY trial of Global Green saw reputable news reports on how good the product is for nerve pain. I did not sign up for any AUTO DELIVERY yet the company sent to me Products the following month at $88.80 & $89.90. I had never authorized these charges yet company took liberty to charge my debit card and sent their fraudulent product to me. Calling their number to complain they HUNG UP ON ME! I emailed company to find out the company I bought trial product from is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The real company is NOT IN U.S. but is in U.K. The reputable company emailed me to notify me that this U.S. Global Green Labs is a SCAM. There have been many complaints about this SCAM COMPANY & to notify your bank as this is not a reputable company but a SCAM. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY LOCATED IN RHODE ISLAND or FLORIDA. They are called GLOBAL GREEN LABS. Working with police and bank to shut this company down.

I saw an ad sponsored by Dr. Phil an Dr Oz an although I never buy products like this especially online this time I did bc I thought both are respected that it may be helpful. I suffer tremendously with chronic pain from CRPS, which is horrible no cure neurological disease.

So far I’ve been hit twice in the bank an am in the midst of rec refunds,

I called the co an they aware up an down they are sorry for the mistake!!

They claimed the second time was bc they updated their System an I was still on it

It was supposed to be one time charge for $6.95 an turned into $89.90 each time plus the $6.95 to boot. I would fly to wherever this place is an legally Harass them for days

BEWARE of a company named "Green Labs", also doing business as "Puregreenslab". They sell CBD oil, and they are complete SCAMMERS. I responded to a promotional email and ordered a "free sample", for which I agreed to pay $4.98 in shipping costs. They sent me the sample, plus some CBD face cream I didn't order, and charged my card twice, using two different names, once for $4.98 and once of $4.95. After not getting a response from their customer service phone and email, I disputed the charges with my credit card. Less than two weeks later they hit my card again, same two company names, once for $84.92, and once for $94.92. This time I hadn't even ordered anything. I disputed the charges again, and voided my card on the advice of the Dispute Center.

The attachment is an "order confirmation" from this company, for an order I did not place, which resulted in the second round of charges to my credit card. I contacted their CS number immediately upon receipt of this message, and spoke with a person named "Kevin" at a call center in Sri Lanka. Kevin had great difficulty trying to cancel my order. After multiple attempts over 20 minutes, he told me he had successfully cancelled my order, but could not provide a cancellation #. The charge listed in the "order confirmation", $84.92, hit my credit card three days later. On the same date another charge, for $94.92, was also made to my credit card. Both originated from this company, though they were made using different company names.

It was advertising a free 14 day trial with CBD oil, just pay shipping. You can cancel anytime and if you don’t want the subscription after the 14 day free trial, contact them at the email address the provided and cancel. I made sure I wrote the day the trial ended, the email/website to cancel, and the name of business. I don’t think I needed anything else. Well I tried getting ahold of them and who I got ahold of, said they’ve had multiple complaints about this and that the true company doesn’t offer free trials or one one of the products I ordered. So I don’t know how to stop them from charging my card again if I can’t get ahold of anyone to stop it.
