Order placed online. When item did not arrive for two weeks after receiving a shipping notification email, I contacted customer service several times. First, they said "it will come next week." Two weeks later, they said, "you already received it three weeks ago." When I told them I had not, they would not refund my money but said they would send a replacement, at no additional cost. The replacement was of inferior quality - small, featureless, basically useless. Definitely not the model shown on the website.

Advertised sale on a portable air purifier that just never shipped. A fake review on another website promoted it.
