Ordered 2 sports shirts (sent from China but postmarked from Texas, tracking never had them go thru there).

They overcharged me. Then sent me shirts that are a 2xl in width, but a medium in length. Additionally the sport logo is not proportionate to the sizing. They can't be worn.

I emailed them and requested a return and refund in accordance with their "Money Back, Satisfaction Guaranteed". Every email I have sent has been countered with a refund negotiation in small increments, $6, then $9, then $11, $13, $15, last was $18. I paid $60. Or I have gotten emails with random AI responses like it's not cost effective to return.

To date I have written one email every day for the last 13 days requesting a return and refund and they have yet to offer a return authorization.
